Heat up 350ml base gravy

Heat oil
Cassia bark 10cm
Fennel 1/2 tsp
Seeds from 2 black cardomon
Bay leaf

Infuse

Add 1/2 fine sliced onion & half diced red pepper
Cook til softening
Add 1.5 tsp of ginger garlic paste cook for 30 seconds
Add 1 tsp powdered cumin and coriander
Add 1.5 tsp mix powder
Add 2 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
1/2 tsp tandoori masala
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
black pepper

Add half base gravy spoon at a time to stop spices sticking

1 tsp Kasoori Methi
5 tbsp tomato paste
Precooked lamb / chicken
6 whole cherry tomaoes or 2 normal cubed
